No. You’re welcome to book as little or as much time as you need.
Please give us 24 hours’ notice for any service cancellations or rescheduling requests. This policy allows us to adjust the booking schedule and offer the time slot to other clients who may need services.
We’ll always do our best to find a solution or connect you with the right resources to meet your specific needs. If there’s something we can’t directly provide, we maintain relationships with trusted local professionals and can help coordinate those services for you.
At this time, our in-home services are available exclusively to Toronto-area residents. However, we are working towards being able to offer virtual service subscriptions that extend our companionship and concierge support to clients across Canada soon. As we continue to grow, we look forward to expanding our in-home service areas to better serve more communities.
