I had to move because my building was scheduled to be demolished. Over the years, I had collected many VHS tapes, DVDs, and CDs in my home. It became a bit overwhelming. Precious supported me with sorting through my things and letting go of items I no longer needed. She helped me de-clutter and pack everything into boxes, so I could be ready for the move.

The hospital sent me an online form to complete, but I found it difficult to use because I am not familiar with the technology, and the text was very small to read. Thankfully, Precious kindly helped me to fill out the form and sent it back for me. Without her help, I would have needed to go to the library to print it and then to the store to fax it. I was grateful I could take care of everything from the comfort of my home.
